Our packages are carefully designed to provide you with a great value for your money. Therefore, we recommend that if you are doing a small number of CRB checks per year then our Silver package is for you. However, if you are processing a larger number of applications or would like to take advantage of extra features and added functionality, then we strongly suggest you consider our Gold or Platinum packages.

Online Application Submission

Our system allows you to generate, fill in and submit your disclosure applications fully online. This will significantly reduce the processing time and effort required from you and, furthermore, it eliminates delays encountered due to postal strikes, lost mail, etc.

Instant Online Application Validation

Our advanced validation system will ensure that the applicant cannot submit the unfinished form. The presence of errors will be highlighted to the applicant along with the suggestions of what went wrong and how to correct the errors and achieve an error-free form

One-Click ISA First Requests

Upon form generation, you can specify if an ISA First check is required for the applicant. This minimizes the effort of requesting the checks and also saves processing time, as our system will flag the applications with ISA Check requests as soon as they have been received by the CRB.

Accessibility Options

To make our system as friendly as possible, we have made an extra step. This is why we have developed additional functionality, which allows the user to enlarge the fonts used on the pages and also view our pages in high contrast colour scheme.

Address Finder Tool

To help the applicant with the form completion, we have designed and included a useful address locator tool, which enables the applicant to complete their address history with ease, saving potentially long hours typing in the full addresses. Please note that this tool is only available for the UK addresses.

Fast ID Validation Tool

To aid you with the ID validation process, we have designed a handy tool, which will allow you to pick the correct combination of documents with ease.

As a part of your deal, you will get a number of user accounts included in the price. It is possible to increase the number of users with access to the system at an additional set up charge.

It is possible to obtain the results of an ISA First check within just 2 working days from application submission! Please note that although this is a common occurrence, it may take longer for the ISA Adult First check to be carried out.
